In the President\'s garden - 19.05.2011
On 17th May, the Gardens of the Palace of the President of the Republic of Poland hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the 18th edition of the AgroLiga 2010 competition. The prizes were presented by President Bronisław Komorowski, who emphasized the importance of promoting agriculture and the agri-food industry by showcasing successful projects and successful people.
During the event, Mokate showed a presentation of our own products and organized a tasting of coffees and teas at our company's booth. Our team, under the guidance of Ms. Sylwia Mokrysz, Member of the Management Board of Mokate S.A., did very well and as always our products aroused genuine interest.
When offered a cup of "Mokate tostato all'Italiana," President Bronisław Komorowski admitted that he was aware of some difficulties in the Italian way of roasting coffee and said that he was very happy that a Polish company was able to handle this process so well. Our coffees and teas were also savoured by many guests, including many front-page celebrities. At the end of the event, the organizers presented Ms. Sylwia Mokrysz with a letter of thanks for "her kind assistance in organizing the gala award ceremony." This year's AgroLiga competition was organized by the Editorial Section of Agricultural Programmes of the First Channel of TVP S.A. (Polish State Television) and the AgroBiznesKlub Association.
