NEW PRODUCTS IN MOKATE'S OFFER! MOKATE CREMIJO whipped cream powder base. TOPPING – a mysteriously sounding name of a product used in desserts, which every child is familiar with. That's because it is the main ingredient of whipped cream powder, a product served in most Polish homes and in confectionery shops all over the world. The producers of the popular in Poland Śnieżynki, which is a powdered whipped cream – use imported toppings, a so-called protein and fat formulation. Why? Because there hasn't been a producer of topping powder in Poland.
