Changes in the Management Board In recognition of many years of productive work for the company and a deep commitment to developing Mokate's domestic and foreign markets - the Supervisory Board has decided on 27 July 2009 to introduce Sylwia Mokrysz into the Management Board– as Member of the Managemetn Board of Mokate S.A. in Ustroń and Adam Mokrysz – as a Member of the Management Board of Mokate Spółka z o.o. in Żory. With this change, Mokate's family-oriented character is strengthened - the new management board members are the fourth generation carrying on the family business.
