INGREDIENTS

Manufacturing of semi-finished products at Mokate (i.e. foaming agents, creamers, toppings, milk mixes) is carried out in two departments of the powdered milk factory. The departments are equipped with modern technological lines which in the opinion of experts represent the state-of-the art in this branch of the processing industry: there are only a few similar devices in the whole of Europe. The towers are placed in 12-story high structures and their outlines are a characteristic feature of the Mokate factories. The towers' performance amounts to several dozens of tonnes of final product every 24 hours. At Mokate, product packaging is adapted to customers' needs. One can use big containers of the "Big-bag" type, with capacity of 250 or 500 kg, or bags containing 10 to 25 kg of the product. The biggest packaging units are most often used for creamers and the smaller ones for base products.
