European Economic Congress - summary
The European Economic Congress in Katowice has just taken place. Over 9,000 guests from all over the world attended the event. Participants included representatives of the EU administration, the Polish government, ministers and deputy ministers from Europe and the world as well as presidents of large companies, experts and opinion leaders.

Adam Mokrysz, President of the Board of Mokate SA and CEO of Mokate Group, took part in the discussion on the export of Polish food in the new global economic reality. He emphasised that Mokate has for years been focusing on international markets - primarily Central and Eastern Europe, Middle and Far East markets and Africa. He highlighted the need to conclude preferential trade agreements between European countries and developing markets. He also emphasised that European products are strong due to their quality, good price/quality ratio and technological advancement.

The ninth edition of the European Economic Congress included 132 sessions with 700 speakers and was attended by more than 9,000 people, including 660 media representatives. Participants included representatives of the EU administration, the Polish government, the national and European parliament, ministers and deputy ministers from Europe and the world as well as presidents of large companies, experts and opinion leaders. The European Start-up Days, which took place at the same time at the Spodek, were visited by more than 2,500 people.
Visitors to the convention had a chance to taste Caffetteria Mokate coffee and LOYD tea.
